My Life Now

HELLO PEOPLE!

I deeply apologize for ignoring my blog these past few weeks. Don't worry, i have a perfectly good explanation for this, it's because i'm working! Working!!! WORKING!!! Currently working at Cinema Online. So far so good, i just started my first ever movie review today on Midnight Meat Train. MY colleague, ZEE and I went to Cathay to watch the Press Preview of it. Took me like 2 hours to write that...=S...of course with a lot of reading in between.

When i'm not working, the last thing on my mind is blogging. That basically explains why i havent been updating in a while. When i'm not working, i'm either watching tv or going out. Going out more actually instead of resting my ass at home. I can't help it! Imagine being couped up in a working environment, and in front of the computer for 9 hours, 5 days a week. Urgh, I can't stand it.

I...JUST...NEED...TO...GO...OUT!

Now i'm wondering, why on earth am I here facing the computer after working hours? Simple, just updating my social life online. *grins* AND of course, my parents are hogging the tv. What else can I do after being deprived of such entertainment?

Things have been going well right now at this stage of my life. However, i'd still prefer going to Uni anytime just to escape and hide away from the harsh realities of working that includes waking up early in the morning, staying back an extra hour or two waiting for either dad or sis to fetch, worrying doing something wrong, being thrown with alot of workload at one time, and the list goes on. OH, the worst i think by far is having to cut short hanging out with my peeps at night or not going out at all. Fact is because i have to work the next day and have to get enough rest so that i don't look like a total zombie. But then again, it still doesn't seem to work, coz my colleagues would often ask "Are you okay? Coz you look tired"

=_="

I'm sad...

Oh, continuing the "Things have been going well right now at this stage of my life" sentence. I just wanted to add that it includes my love life as well. If you haven't known already, the relationship between Lee and I didn't work out. We both just somehow didn't seem like a couple anymore. So it just had to end. However, i've actually found someone in my life now that made me feel all giddy again inside, and this time, i hope it's NOT jsut the first few weeks and will continue for months and months to come and hopefully even years. *grins*

I'm so happy to have met him at Benita and Estee's drinking party EXACTLY a month ago at their condo and i'm so happy that he made the first move. He's the perfect gentleman and we're not afraid to show affection for one another. We go great together, despite the fact that he's more of a meat eater and i'm towards veggies. Look on the bright side, i can eat his unwanted veggies! *yeay, more for me* Hahaha, but if you put cheese on any vegetable, i think he'll eat it anyways. Hahaha, i gotta bring a tube of cheese paste with me somehow.

I love when he takes charge of things as i'm very indicisive when it comes to making decisions. He brings me to food places which i've never set foot in before. Mostly because i haven't heard of it before and it's rather pricey. =S

I would often just gaze into his eyes for a good 1 or 2 minutes and he would often do that blur "What?" expression with his eyebrows. Hehe, I can definitely relate to him this song, within each and every word said.

Boys Town Gang - "Can't Take My Eyes Off Of You"
You're just too good to be true.
Can't take my eyes off you.
You'd be like Heaven to touch.
I wanna hold you so much.
At long last love has arrived
And I thank God I'm alive.
You're just too good to be true.
Can't take my eyes off you.

Pardon the way that I stare. (yes, i do stare, but prefer the word gaze, sounds better)
There's nothing else to compare.
The sight of you leaves me weak.
There are no words left to speak,
But if you feel like I feel,
Please let me know that it's real.
You're just too good to be true.
Can't take my eyes off you.

I love you, baby,
And if it's quite alright,
I need you, baby,
To warm a lonely night.
I love you, baby.
Trust in me when I say:
Oh, pretty baby,
Don't bring me down, I pray.
Oh, pretty baby, now that I found you, stay
And let me love you, baby.
Let me love you.

The night we met during the party...

I'm SO ABSOLUTELY HAPPY TO BE WITH BRYAN!
(hehe, now only i reveal his name)

Slow day

I'm really bored right about now...

Haha, this brings me back to yesterday when i was feeling down in the dumps. Just felt like one of those days when time seems to move very slow. And i was on the computer that time done with checking my mail and facebook. Soon Roger sensed my *sigh* as my personal message on msn and decided to cheer me up. Which worked GREAT! Somehow he's always there on msn when i need a laugh and he's not even hesitant to do anything even when he's working, he just does it just like *snap*. He copied and pasted alot of jokes for me to read which were mostly dirty jokes, i didn't mind at all coz it really did the trick. Wished i saved em all and pasted it right here. But nahh, you guys can look it up yourself. Hehe, but there was one joke that stuck in my mind till now coz to me it was dead funny yet kesian. LoL.

Can't find the joke tho....*sad*

Half Cheers !

A mash of events

Hehe...

Yesterday as you've all read the previous post. I went to Cheryn's Farewell party and it was fun! After countless times changing outfits and trying to decide who to go as. I decided to go as Nelly with his signature plaster thingie on his face...chun anottt. Pics can be seen on Facebook so i'll only post up some pics here...

Me and my homie Chris Brown.

Funny thing was when i walked downstairs, mum was the first to see me in my outfit and asked, "Are you feeling cold???"...and when i walked out of the house coz Audrey and the gang was outside to pick me up, dad was talking to them and when he saw me, he went, "Eh, what's wrong with your face?!"...ahahahaa, could see him smiling away as we all laughed in the car at each others costumes. It's was fun!

On another note, today we celebrated Daren's Birthday early at Carls Jr. Pyramid. IT was a surprise party and a surprise it was... Well at least we'd like to think so. =P
Here's just the group picture of all of us there...

Tomorrow, I shall be off to Nuffnang's Private screening of Hancock! and guess who i'm going with? Hehehe, daddyyyy... Easylah, i don't have to drive. =P

I can just imagine dad and I camwhoring the night away...ppffttt....hehehe

Cheers!

Of sickness and lame jokes

Hey guys and sorry for the lack of update...

For the past one week, i've been really ill. Been having a flu, fever, and tonsillitis (backteria growth on both of my tonsils and some part of my throat as well, it hurts). So I felt pretty much tired, weak, having trouble breathing sometimes due to noseblock, lack of appetite, alot of air in my stomach (friggin uncomfortable in every way possible!), faint feeling, sorethroat, minor swelling at the side of my neck, pain in swallowing, and the list goes on. I felt terrible. Oh btw, talking sucks. I sound so funny and I talk softer now. Well, obviously lah. Can't go around talking loudly for the time being.

Anyways, if you're wondering why all of a sudden i'm dropped with a gigantic nuclear bomb of sickness, well i owe it all to last Friday night's drinking session at *ahem*'s (i'd rather keep the name anonymous just incase) condo, down at the garden near the BBQ pit. I so regret and yet i do not at certain points. I regretted the fact that I went overboard my drink limit which i NOW know what's my limit. I went to the bathroom for 3 friggin times puking my heart out which felt so sickening at all cost. I wasted my awesome Hokkien Cha dinner (dammit), I lost one of my love shaped earring into the murky depths of the toilet bowl which was filled with my awesome juices (lol), my throat was burning like the pits of hell from puking (i blame this for my tonsillitis as my throat was already starting to sore the very next day) and there was only tap water to hydrate myself, which i drank very little because i don't like the idea of drinking water from taps outdoors. Other than that, i've not regretted meeting so many interesting people! About 90% of the people there were total strangers to me, so it was a real pleasure striking up conversations with them with the lil help of some booze. *winks*

It's after a week now and i'm feeling way better than before, but still not yet fully recovered.

Hehe, anyways, i went to Urbanscapes which at first didn't seem much of a scene on the outside when Lee and I first arrived. Let's just say that the atmosphere wasn't as crowded as i had expected. Well, it's a good thing as the location is great! Spacious with a beautiful view to boot. I was glad that i came just in time to watch Estrange perform! haha. Love that "itu kamu" song. However, the crowd wasn't that happening then and when it was the crowd's turn to sing their part. Tak cukup makan kut. Or plainly just tak cukup people. =S

Andy the drummer

A rather huge old tree...

and those red lines that you see being fanned out like that makes it look totally awesome at night as it gives that illusion of laser lights as it's pretty shiny. Not kidding.

Lee and I

It was lovely just sitting on the stone bench overlooking the lake, you can occasionally spot some really fat looking Koi fishes...

...and even DUCKS! So adorable when they quacked.

I love this wall of names.

The interior is really well designed.

One of the short plays.

I didn't really take that many pictures, not in much of a mood to snap away really. Sis came in at around 8 pm after watching her Beauty and the Beast play in KL. By then, I was really tired and wanted to go home, BUT, can't coz have to wait for sis. Overall, it was a pretty well organized event. I've got no complaints so far. There was ample parking space, the timing was good. Basically, KLPAC is an awesome place to host an event this big.

On a different note, I'm really excited for tonight as i'll be going to Cheryn's farewell party and the theme is cross dressing as a famous celebrity! HAHAHAHHAA, it's gonna be awesome seeing girls dress up as guys and vice versa. HECK! ESPECIALLY vice versa! I'd like to see a guy dress up as Marilyn Monroe...*pls pls pls*

I for one have so many ideas buzzing around in my lil head and i've narrowed it down to two guys. One a comedian and the other a rapper. That's the only clue i'll give you guys. Haha, i'm so excited i feel like dressing up as both of them! But nah, i'm not that ambitious.

I'm not going to reveal who i will dress up as just yet, so i'll leave that for suspense till next time. *grins*

To end this post, i'd thought of leaving you guys with some lame pick up lines that tickled my funny bone.

Want to taste my dick? (What!?!) I said, "do you want to taste my drink?"
So, you're a girl huh?
Stand back, I'm a doctor. You go get an ambulance, I'll loosen her clothes.
So do ya wanna see something really swell?
Is your dad a terrorist? Because your the bomb!
Are you wearing space underwear? coz your butt looks out of this world!
Is your last name Campbell? Cause you're mm mm good!

Boy walks by girl
Boy: "Do you believe in love at first sight, or do you need me to walk by once more."
Girl: lol_2.gif

Love the last one, damn cute.

Cheers!

Memories

I've been cleaning up one of my drawers yesterday and i came across a few pictures that i'd like to share. Hehe, or more like dread? because it's so fugly. Hehehe.

Omg, this booth picture taken in Pyramid was the worst! It was the first ever picture we've taken in the booth and i believe it was during form 1 or 2. Inexperienced. Damn fugly weih. Those in the picture is Joyce, Priya, Sait Yie and Me. Noticed the picture on the top left hand corner. It's our first picture taken and we're NOT ready! Moreover, it wasn't supposed to be the chosen one. Story is this, after the picture taking session and due to our lack of intelligence, we asked the lady outside for help. She told us that we should chose 4 pictures that we want to be printed. And the first thing JOYCE did was, "Whatever it is, it's definitely not THIS picture" and points to the worst picture of the bunch. Thus, it was selected and couldn't be removed. DAMMIT. HAhahaha, goodness. Owhwell, better luck next time i'd say.

Here is a picture of me and Christopher in Inti College holding what i think is a python. This was taken on the 5th of July 2006. Noticed the Tumble Tots pants. I just came out from work during lunchtime to attend the reptile event. Aren't i niceeeeee? hehehe

Oh, and this is a Birthday note from Joyce when i was in form 1. Hehehe, it was like a journey through memory lane cleaning out my drawer. The things i've found. Maybe you guys should clean out your whatever messed up compartments and find something that will bring you back a few years. It's a nice feeling. Maybe guys don't have these things, but you never know...hahaha, maybe you might find a used condom and that might bring you good memories..or bad....either one...you take your pick.

As for now, happy cleaning!

Cheers!

The Letter

I love receiving letters/cards or anything that is in an envelope sent to my house! It's just such a thoughtful thing to get nowadays since almost everyone is resorting to emails and MSN to communicate. I so can remember the Birthday card Pooi San sent me 2 years ago and the Birthday card from Kishy last year all the way from NZ (so sweet). Just the thought about it makes me want to do the same. *grins* Well, just today i received a letter from *dot dot dot*.
I was so excited and everything! All excitement bundled into one just at the sight of this piece of processed tree bearing my name and address.

Sealed with a cute heart. How not to love this?

At first i was wondering who sent this, then all thoughts started buzzing in my head thinking is this some love letter or something. But the handwriting in the front was too pretty to be a guy's. Lol. Sorry, no offense. Just stereotyping here. Then thinking maybe it's a birthday card but NAH, birthday isn't till October. Letter from Tsu Ming perhaps? Since he said i'm a good candidate to write letters to when he's in UK since i write long msgs to people. But then, he's still here! Hmmm, so i stopped creating that suspense for myself and finally opened it.

Once opened, it was a card from NATALIE YAW!

Damn sweet of her to make it more personalized!

She was inviting me to a concert in which she and her church mates organized. It's called G.A.P.S concert. Don't really know what it stands for though. It's a free concert and it'll be happening this Saturday, 6pm. This is opened to practically anyone who's interested. All participants will be able to get 'buy 1 free 1' ice cream vouchers from Yogur Berry and also other stuff from their sponsors. Chehh, promoting pulak. Well, who knows maybe you guys would be interested in going. So i'm helping to spread the word eventhough i'm not asked to. *grins* That's the power of a letter for you. If i received this through email or facebook. Honestly, i wouldn't even read it. Too lazy too.

Oh, there will be games, live performances and videos too! So if you're free, so head on down to Hosanna Praise Assembly.

Love,
Sweei

Leave Me Alone

*warning warning*

Emo dogs in the house

*warning warning*

Does not want to be disturbed

Chloe: Serious case of depression till contemplating about suicide

Dodger: Mild case of depression, he's just... lazy

Hehehe, that's what I did today. Found something fun that belongs to my sis and used it to torture and humiliate my doggies. Wanted to put it on Russell, but he wouldn't even let that eye mask touch his fur. Hahaha.

On a different note, but still relates to animals. On my way for dinner at King Crab in Kelana Jaya, the highway that is in between Giant KJ and the Lake, i saw a dead animal. Roadkill basically, but this wasn't any ordinary roadkill that we usually see like cats, dogs, rats...

This was a SNAKE! Seems like a medium sized snake if you ask me. Dang! As our car passed, I couldn't take my eyes off it. It's flesh was all open to be made publicly. Kesian. It's body was all curled and mushed up, probably when the first run over, it curled in pain then the next car ran over it thus a huge big mess munched together. Poor snake. Bloody hell! Must've come from near the lakelah. Ish, damn dangerous. I was like some excited monkey in the backseat to see a run over snake, while my dad was like, "yeah, it's a snake". =_=

I mean, come on! It's not like you see this every other time. I know if my sis was there, she'd be just as excited as me. Err, or maybe less lah. =S

Cheers!
