Internship+Music+Friends

Well, well, well...

Internship. Started it last week at Essence Communications. Ok. Had alot of confusion about it in terms of making the right choice of doing my internship there, doubts, doubts, doubts, and MORE doubts till I couldn't sleep well at night. I would wake up occasionally and toss and turn till I can feel my brain heating/burning up from too much of thinking and weighing out the pros and cons between Sirius Comm and Essence Comm (i got accepted in both, but chose to go to Essence)

Then, when I started on my 1st day at Essence, it came on to a point where I REALLY REALLY wanted to change and go to Sirius, but considering that I've already started my internship. I decided, I've already started on this, why give up? I made this choice, why the sudden backing out? Actually, earlier on i've already had hesitations, but now, i wanna screw it!

Learn something new, learn from your mistakes, be responsible, don't choose things based on the amount of food stalls and next time, DON'T BE TOO FICKLE ! (this is a big weakness of mine)

I've come to mind, that Essence is a very good company, very efficient, nice interior, and a hot Group Managing Director (lol, he's some french german?!?! 4 kids!!). I'm beginning to enjoy it, i guess because i'm beginning to get to know my collegues better, super nice bunch. But then again, i don't think i would want to work in a PR dept in future. It's SO BORING! Well, the experience that i had for the past one week is abit dull. What can i say, it's just a week! There's like alot of media clippings involved every single day.

What I did throughout the whole week:
#1. Calculating PR value (the dumbest thing I've EVER done! wtf?!?!)
#2. Writing a speech for Dato' Azalina (the hardest thing to do, i'll slot in a few vulgar words so she'll get introuble, whahahaa, actually I would get in trouble)
#3. Writing a press release and media invitation for Fitness First's new opening at Bukit Tinggi
#4. Sticking media clippings into the supplementary report
#5. Summarize and descriptions of what the article says
#6. Completing a supplementary report for Isomil and Pediasure

I'll go into events next time! More happeninglarh, this is too dull for me, sit infront of the comp all day is...B-O-R-I-N-G

Me and my collegue next to me are getting along fine, thankfully. Her name's Loshini. She's one damn soft spoken girl and tall too!

I hope things will look better next week. But i think it'll be the same. I wanna experience the perks of being in PR, maybe not yet... Ohwell, so far so good. Just that I HATE the jam to and from Phileo Damansara. Gila Babi.

I've decided to do a blog about MUSIC and relate them to FRIENDS!
Have you ever listened to a certain song(s) that reminds you of your friend? or Enemy? But let's not touch enemies here, just friends.

I'm sure you do! Who doesn't in fact?

In my context, it doesn't really have to be the meaning of the lyrics that reminds me of them, it just reminds me thats all! Maybe I shall put the reasons together. Make my blog longerlarh. Tee-hee-hee

To my mates whose names arent in here, don't fret, it's just that i havent identified you with a song YET. JOYCE! I don't know which song to connect you with!!! Wish i knew.

Benny: Mims - "This is Why I'm Hot"
She likes this song, told it to me in the car and sang her fav part to me summore, from then on, I'm reminded of her when I hear this song. Hahhaa, i'm hot coz i'm fly, you aint coz you're not, this is why, this is way, this is why i'm hot hot!

Jacqkie: Jason Mraz - "Geek in the Pink"
This girl loves Jason Mraz, this song reminds me of her coz it's a the title song of his album. =)

Karen: Augustana - "Boston"
Hahaha, this one i had no trouble with, automatically this song popped in my head when i think of karen. This is a no brainer for me. She introduced us all to this song and kept playing it in the comp labs. Ahh, the good ol days. Gosh, how i miss my coll mates right now. Can't wait for next year, ish, but got 6 subs this time! Die die die, got moral and msian studies. What a waste of money. =S

Jay: Click 5 - "Catch Your Wave"
Got the shock of my life when he told us he likes the Click 5, well now he doens't ever since they recruited a new guy. So yeah, when he told us that he liked Click 5, that time this "Catch Your Wave" song was very popular, probably still is, not too sure.

Behonce: Pussycat Dolls - "Duncha"
Dunchaa! Beh gave a lap dance to this guy at Cheryn's Costume Party with this song. SO how can I NOT get reminded of Beh whenever I hear this song?! It was a nice lap dance tho. *grins*

Prassan: Rihanna - "Shut Up and Drive"
Sher Mayne told Prassan who was driving to shut up and drive coz he was talking too much to us passengers behind and coincidenlty this song was on at that time! LOL

Kish: James Morrison - "You Give Me Something"
Kish gave me a James Morrison CD before he left for NZ. So yeah! Everytime whenever I hear a James Morrison song on the radio, totally reminded me of him! Without fail summore!

Eu-Gene: Kylie Minogue - "Love at First Sight"
It was the time where ICQ was the craze. I would always play this song when I was chatting. So Gene and I would chat alot online and this song would keep playing. So it's embedded in my brain adylarh. It'll always bring back memories of me chatting with gene.

Daniel: Neyo - "Because of You"
On the way back home, it was early in the morning, so it was damn quiet on the road, he would always play a cd in his car, and I can clearly remember him singing to this song. Moreover, I love this song! So I would enjoy it while he was singing to it softly. Such a beautiful song, love the beat.

Kerry: Daft Punk - "Stronger"
This girl from the hood right here performes with this song alot of times. I can imagine her crunking - hope the spelling's right...

Audrey: Lion King OST - "I've got a Lovely Bunch of Coconuts"
GAHHH!! THis girl sings this song almost everyday at one point!. Gila babi. Hahaha, i would even sing it unconsciously, damn her. Annoyinglarh that song!! She'll purposely do it to irritate the heck outta me. Smart.

Thats all I can remember basically, i'm sure to have more in future!!!

Any songs you guys have that reminds you of me? I'd like to know, wahahaha *grins*

Hospis Malaysia

We went to Hospis Malaysia located in Cheras about a couple of weeks ago to hand in our mock cheque.

The amount given was RM13,ooo. *yeay*
Overall it was a very enlightening visit. We got to see some of the artcrafts that were made by the patients there. Very nice. It's very homey. Everything looks so damn pretty, neat and tidy!
But it was at one point where I got the shock of my life! Right OPPOSITE the building was a massive cemetary! SERIOUSLY. How conveni--- i mean how beautiful the cemetary is! Tons of crosses and nicely cut green grass covered every nook and cranny there was.

not ready...

not ready either...

Well you know what i mean...

now here's the perfect shot

Costume Party Pics

Well, i'm really lazy to put captions in each of the pics. But to sum it all up, most of the poses that each of us had to do with the Birthday Girl Cheryn were instucted by our very own Ms. Jay (ANTM)...

*drumrolls*

BEHONCE! Ms. B!

All of these pics were taken by Caroline Chia.

Finals OVER!

Oh golly gosh, I'm so bored out of my wits here!! Btw, I'm in Caroline's Ridzuan Apartment right now. Everyone's still sleeping soundly, and Shaneil left to go to his cell group at 9am (will be back with mcds) and I'm so dead dibosankan by the lack of interactivity with ma mates. All i have now is this trusty laptop of Shaneil's. *sighs*

Having a slight headache from yesterday night, wanna know what happened?....

WELL THEN! Carry on reading... Go on, i know you want to...(wah cheh, like my blog damn cun or something, *bluek*)

Anyways, if you didn't know, my last exam for my finals was yesterday! Hurrahh!! So we had a whole line up of things planned

*ding dong*
*runs out to unlock the door*
*shaneil with the McDs!!!*
*grins*

AS i was saying before i was so rudely interrupted by that *ding dong* bell, what we did that whole day was we went to Sunway Lagoon right after last paper.

It was the bomb weih!! A whole group of us went there who were Aud, Kerry, Jackqie, Beh, Denise, Shaneil, Caroline, Derrick, and Fina. We went for both the dry and wet park. I was pretty reluctant to go for the dry park cause I'm not much of a daredevil. I'm freaking afraid of roller coasters!! The only so called "roller coaster" that I ever sat in was the Flying Dragon in Genting Theme Park. Wonder if it still exists now. It's been ages since i've been there. I want to gooooo again...

Anyways, I went on this ride which i'd never thought i would go on EVER again cause i hated that feeling of my ass being lifted up slightly. Made me feel like i was gonna fall forwards and die. This ride has a huge statue of a snake. Forgot the name. Was it toboggan ride? Not sure. But it's the one where a few ppl will sit on this log shaped thing and go up and free fall down. Gila babi. But i think i like it now thanks to my mates who forced me.

Whahaha, my 1st experience was in Genting with my sis. I tell youuu, after the 1st free fall, the log goes extra slowlarh whilst moving to the 2nd, and it's so cold! Imagine being drenched in water and the weather is bloody cold/freezing. I felt like jumping off and skipping the 2nd free fall man.

Moving on, we tried a couple of rides both kiddy and scary. Damn syiok! But i skipped 2 of those scary rides. Just count me out man.

After we were done with the dry park, we went to the WET one! Yeay! It's was hot and I wanted to swim badly. Had lots of fun in the pool with the tubes and all of the water rides. *sigh* miss it already.

After a fun filled day at Lagoon, Beh and I drove them back to Carol's place, then we all got ourselves prepped up for dinner. Carol, Beh, Derrick, and Fina went to Cheras to makan steamboat. On the other hand, me, Jacq, Denise, Shaneil, Aud and Kerry went to Taipan to makan at Pizza Uno.

We had a nice meal there, not so bad. It's gooood.... Hahaha, but i still love my Pizza Hut. I like my pizza thick with lots of stuffingssss!!

After dinner, ALL except Derrick and Fina went to Carol's place for a night WE or I will never forget. Shaneil is what i know to be the alchohol pro and provider. So yeah, he brought back 3 bottles of it from Sabah. I don't know the names of those brands. Never heard of em before. I'm not so keen on booze actually, but when everyone is playing, you don't want to be a spoil sport by just watching.

We did this card game called the Drinking Game. Don't want to explain it, but i'll just sum the important bits part, you either sip none, some, and whole mother load ALOTTTTT, or make others suffer or just bottoms up yourself. Am I making sense? Nevermind, there's no need to know.

Guess who was the lucky person that night whom they wanna kenakan? I'll give you 3 clues.

#1 Someone who gets tispy fast
#2 Someone who people WANT to see go abit cuckoo that night
#3 Someone who drives over a divider. LOL. *sighs*

ME!
*dammit*

When ppl have a black card, i will always be one of the chosen ones to have to sip the booze (actually mixed with milk and ais, Audrey liked it as she said it tastes like teh tarik ais?!?!? Dunno which friggin mamak she went to...*swt* Klang sure must've put something in their teh tarik, it's no wonder fights always brake out in klang mamaks *tsk tsk tsk*, either that or she really really needs a new tongue!)
When the "teh tarik ais" was finished, we stiched to a different drink, Kelua? something like that. Anyways, after what seemed like tons of sips later since the beginning of the game, my face went red and hot, some part of my body too. So in order to spare myself of this insane game, or rather my insane mates, I pulled myself out from it. I didn't want to overdrink and get wasted.
Soon I looked down at my thighs (wearing shorts)...
OHH MY HOLY MOTHER OF GOODNESS!
There were red patched all over my legs! It was also on my arms, but my legs looked much worse, since the skin if fairer there, thus red patches were more defined. Looked like i had eczema or something but of course notlah.
I freaked out at 1st, and then it started to look really interesting, i was analysing my legs cause i've never seen this before. My mates was also concerned and checking me out. Then they said i was probably allergic to the new alcohol when that "teh tarik" had run out. Then i was thinking maybe these red patches was not only on my legs, so i lifted my shirt up to checkout my stomach. And....
MOTHERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!
It's there too!!!! and I totally got worried and whined and went to the matress next to me and plopped down front 1st with my arms and legs spread out and whined some more. Denise lifted my shirt to check my back out, and all was shocked cause it looked scary. Hahaha, Carol quickly took the aleo vera lotion out to massage it into my skin all over my legs, back and stomach. A couple of them helped out too, not sure who, i believe it was Denise and Audrey (ahaha, this girl was like, "hey, i just meraba-ed your thighs" =_=")
Whilst they were putting the lotion, Denise nicely took some photos of me. It seemed like some crime scene investigation and she's taking pics of a dead body. Hahaaha, i'll keep em for good memories.
When all the meraba-ing was over, Kerry was like "Maybe your boobs also got", then sure enough i checked shamelessly, and there it was polka-dotted boobies!! Urgh, btw, the bra was still onlah, so don't think anything else.
I rested on the matress with Jacqkie beside me throughout the night away. She too wasn't feeling well. Trying to sleep was a bit hard, I felt hot and uneasy as I had air in my stomach (had to burp a couple of times). Other than that, my heart was beating so hard i thought it was gonna pop out of my chest!
Anyways, when the game was over, Shaneil was stumming away on his guitar. Loved it. Made the night so much more beautiful with music. Audrey on the other hand, she got wasted man! Hahaa, well, she wanted to know how it felt like and she got it. Good for her! Occasionally I would wake up but still on the matress listen to what they're talking. Audrey was already weak on the couch talking crap. Then soon the feeling of barfing came. She puked twice. I must say, it wasn't a nice sight, sound, and smell to have around. For shizzle yo! lol
In the end, all slept over whilst Beh went back at 5 something in the morning. To me Beh is one of a kind. Can't find a special friend like him, no words can describelah seriously.
Well, that was my lovely unforgettable night. The next day is also another cun night!
Look out for the next post entitled "The Next Night"

Say it with me now...Beraaaaa...

Wheee, haha, I discovered something.

Something that has got to do with b-r-a size! lol

I'm actually a size 30E or if in cm it's 65E, interesting huh?

Never seen that size before...ya know why?

It's coz it doens't exist HERE!

The lady was like you can find it in Japan. Then I made a lame joke about going to Japan just to get some bras.

=_="

So lame, so very lame, terlalu lame to the extent that I wished I had never said that.

Come to think of it, I can't remember whether she laughed or not. *shrugs* Oh well, no harm done.

I've got to alter all my newly bought bras from now on. This is due to my band line that is like 65cm! Bloody shit! The minimum band size sold here is only 70cm...Haihh, so maafann.

Being small and short is expensive larhhh. It's troublesome enough to have to alter long pants, now bras?!?!?! Anyways, I just bought 2 new ones today (Wheee, so pretty, it needs to be seen by people =P), so I'm waiting for a call/sms sometime around next week or later so I can collect it. Ahhh, can't wait!!

Well, enough about bras and stuff. Today, I went to megamall, took the ktm, and was quite lucky each time while waiting for the train. Wherever I stood, the door will always be infront of me. Damn kau lucky. Had a good feeling about today. Hehehe.

Oh btw, today is DENISE'S BIRTHDAY!!
Love you so much girl!

My Everlasting Rain Obsessions

YEAY! Just 2 more exams to go...just 2 more exams to GO!

Too excited already, well, I had a great time yesterday because I got updated by JJH forum about Rain's latest concert in Dague. I was spending my time watching all of the videos painstakingly recorded by this person by the nickname kchws.

I bet you're thinking "Oh no...here we go with her Rain again..." *swt*
Haha, well, too badlah, anyways...

DAMN gurl! It's like she recorded nonstop!!! Capturing every moment and moreover her hands are steady. That just adds up to the coolness of it all-lah. Damn tiring weih. *salutes*.I don't like those video recordings that are very shakey, very annoying.

Anyways, one thing about concerts is that you HAVE to enjoy it right there and then! Seriously. Don't waste your time and energy holding up the camera, recording it nonstop and stuff. I know it's really awesome to take a piece of that experience back home with you, but you gotta witness and clap along to the performance, and really FULLY enjoy it. Keep your eyes glued on that performer, never look away for a moment to look and see if your camera is nicely focused on that person. I know while I was recording a couple of the performances, my arms ached, and I couldn't clap along since i was holding the cam. *sigh* regret regret. Since other ppl can do the recording for me, hehee, all I would have to do is go to YOUTUBE! I should've just been satisfied with my recording of the 1st opening act and then for the rest of the performance, just sit back and relax without fiddling with the camera.

But still,in the end I have the recordings with me and I really really LOVE em!

Just that next time Rain comes around again, i'll be fully 100% glued to him and not holding my camera again no matter how tempting it maybe. Hmm, oklaaa, maybe just one of 2 snapshots and recordings. *bluek*. Just learning from experience here. >_< color="#ffff33">*grins*

I must say, MALAYSIAN GOV SUCKS!!! Gah! If you compare with what RAIN did in his other concerts and with what he was restricted to do in his concert in Malaysia. Overseas ones are WAY BETTER! DAMN! Look at the way he moveslarhhhhh. You can see it in the vids below. He's shaking his booty way way way wayyyyy more and his *ahem* too. Very bold of him to grab his *ahem* too. LOL. Seductive moves he has there. Too bad he couldn't do it in Msia. What a bummer. *sighs* What a waste of solid, round, pert ass. =P

Anyways, here are SOME of my fav clips and songs. Lucky gurl, she was in the pit zone, cost a fortune man!

#1 Rain's World in Dague - Opening Act & It's Raining

Brings back good memories =). If only she had zoomed out abit when he was dancing his opening act, you can see the cun fire/fireworks bursting out from the side of the stage. Adds that extra "UMMPH!" to the performance. The quality of the sound and graphics were outta this world. I wish I was there...

#2 Rain's World in Dague - In My Bed

This is one of my most fav music ever!! So sad yet so nice... I want that bouquet of roses!

#3 Rain's World in Dague - With You

LOVE LOVE LOVE this song! Such a fun song to dance to. I remember me and Ben both got up from our chairs and danced along. We even did the "Oooohh babeh...Ooooooooo" part. Hehehe, good ol' times.

#4 Rain's World in Dague - Familiar Face

I definitely won't get bored of this song man. It's been stuck in my Mp4 for months now! Not bored of it at all. Too bad that the spotlight was ruining the recording, moreover, you can't even see the dance moves. Love those dance moves.

#5 Rain's World in Dague - I

This performance is the CREME DE LA CREME!
A 100% MUST WATCH!
This song never gets old for me. I keep repeating this song countless times man. I can absolutely remember the lyrics. I wanna be that towel and I want that towel!
Why Msian gov, WHY?!?! This could've took off his shirt HERE and did some more sexy moves, but nooo, censor this, censor that. Nonsense. = (

#6 Rain's World in Dague - I Do

Classic song...love it to bits. Check out the last part where he shakes his tail feather. *squeals* SO CUTE!

#7 Rain's World in Dague - Don't stop

Check his moves out! This performance is quite cool! Glow in the darkkkk...

#8 Rain's World in Dague - I Love You Again

You can see abit of MJ's influence... Warning: Hot chicks with pole!

#9 Rain's World in Dague - Touch ya

Love the way he moves...let me let me let me touch ya!

#10 Rain's World in Dague - 11 Days

I LOVE the chair man! He's got slick moves *winks* The chicks are hawt weih, can't help but pay more attention to them. whhahaaha, I know benny can agree with me. =)

#11 Rain's World in Dague - Handshake

I wish I was the mic stand *sighs*

Hope you enjoyed it, cause I know I DID!
Sarang hae yo! (I love you in Korean)
